Help
Support, security, and privacy
Contact Teml, report a security issue, and ask for current trust and data-handling information.
Product support
Email support@teml.io with the evidence listed in Troubleshooting. For early-access onboarding and product questions, email hello@teml.io.
Do not send API keys, session tokens, raw prompts, passwords, or unredacted customer payloads by email.
Security reports
Send suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@teml.io. Include a minimal reproduction, affected URL or component, impact, and a safe way to contact you. Do not test against data or organizations you do not own.
Privacy and data requests
For privacy questions or data-subject requests, contact privacy@teml.io. Include the organization and project, but do not include sensitive telemetry in the first message.
Trust and compliance information
Ask Teml directly for the current deployment region, subprocessors, retention behavior, security controls, and available compliance evidence. This documentation does not claim a certification or regulatory status that has not been independently verified and approved for publication.
